Hope you can possibly help me here... A friend is going to be taking college classes in Guatamala, but does not know Spanish very well! I know... :) I am wondering if he records the class lecture, is there any software out there than can transcribe an audio file into a text file? Preferably into English, although if it can transcribe into Spanish, that would be helpful too! Dragonnaturally will only do so for ONE voice, so doesn't sound too helpful for different teachers speaking. Your help and advice is greatly appreciated!

I don't know of any software that will do this for free. There are
professional transcription services but they are quite expensive.
